This wiki is built on Quartz, the static site generator originally created by Jacky Zhao and maintained by an open source community. The seedling is Quartz’s own mark, not ours, we borrowed it here because without Quartz there wouldn’t be a wiki to write content for.

Software

  • Quartz – the site generator itself, MIT licensed.
  • @quartz-community plugins – the search, graph view, dark mode, table of contents, and most of the other functionality on this site come from Quartz’s community plugin ecosystem, not from anything custom-written here.
  • GitHub – source hosting and the way anyone can contribute back to this wiki.

Content

The delegate track was researched against established MUN institution guides (Best Delegate, NHSMUN, THIMUN, and university conference Rules of Procedure documents) rather than written from memory, since procedure genuinely varies conference to conference and getting that wrong would defeat the point of the wiki.

Design

Colors, typography, and branding here were matched to Motion, the committee management app this wiki is the companion resource for. They’re built with different tools and serve different purposes, but they’re meant to feel like the same project.
